EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We hope you are delighted with your purchase! Should you wish to return your purchase, please be aware of the following:
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swim and shapewear are non-returnable and are a FINAL SALE.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Mille Notte Lingerie will assume shipping costs if we have erred in any way with regards to processing or shipping
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Mille Notte Lingerie immediately by phone or email and we will assist you with a prompt exchange, or store credit. Please note, Mille Notte Lingerie does not offer refunds for any items – store credit or exchange only. We will happily exchange (unworn items with tags on, excluding underwear, bodysuits, swim and shapewear) or issue store credit. You have 2 weeks on shipped items, from the delivery date to claim a return.
- Promotional and sales items are FINAL SALE.

We accept in-person returns on online orders 2 weeks from the delivery date. You will require your original invoice. The item/items to be returned must be:
- Not damaged
- Have all original tags ON
- Be free of stains and/or scent
We reserve the right to decline an intimate apparel return if even one of the above criteria are not met. It’s imperative to be 100% certain of your size before ordering. We are happy to check your Customer Profile to make sure that you are ordering the correct size. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with your size.
